Tall twiner with glabrescent branches. Mucronulate leaves to 130mm x 110mm glabrous or sparsely strigillose on midrib above & strigillose beneath. Axillary cymes with minute bracts, 2 outer sepals strigillose to 4.5mm long, 2 inner sepals to 5mm long, white corolla with pale purple inside, 5 lobes, glabrous tube to 7mm long, strigillose lobes to 17mm long with glabrous margins. Red fruit to 12mm long.
