Large scandent downy twining woody herb, pubescent young stems becoming glabrous. Villous leaves to 150mm x 125mm. Corolla to 30mm long with hairy bracts, hairy without, pale mauve or pink with darker throat in corymbs or panicles, sepals to 5mm long, Glabrous, orange-brown fruit.
