Large hairy twining milky shrub with strigose young shoots. Leaves to 75mm x 50mm, glabrous above, silky rufescent down beneath. Axillary 4-7 flowered umbels or many-flowered cymes becoming panicles, flowers with bracts to 20mm long, sepals to 7mm long, purplish-white corolla, orange berry.
