Twiner to 10m with leaves to 100mm x 65mm, silky above tomentose beneath. Many-flowered unbellate cymes to 100mm long with tomentose bracts to 6mm long, 5 sepals tomentose outer 2 to 9mm long, inner 3 to 6.5mm long, corolla violet.
