Glabrous deciduous shrub or climber, whitish or greyish puberulous young shoots. Leaves to 25mm long. Fragrant paired white flowers 25mm long in terminal inflorescences with bracteoles. Corolla tube to 12mm long with lobes 12mm long. White fruit turning pink-purple at maturity.
