Probably scandent. Pilose all over with serrate mucronulate leaves to 60mm x 30mm, mostly glabrous above & pilose beneath. Panicles, pistillate heads 5mm x 2.5mm with 19-24 ray flowers with green-white corollas becoming purple, to 1.7mm long, achenes to 1.3mm long, 2-3 disc flowers with corollas to 2.8mm long. Staminate heads 4.5mm x 2.5mm with 13-16 green-white disc flowers becoming purple, tube to 1.5mm, limb to 2mm.
