Fruiting Times
Robust glabrous liana to 10m with coriaceous glabrescent leaves to 250mm 190mm. Axillary or cauliflorous racemes or panicles to 500mm, sweet-scented white flowers, apetalous male flowers to 2.5mm long with 1mm long bracteole, 3-4 minute outer sepals less than 1mm long, inner sepals to 2.5mm long, female flowers with sepals to 4mm long. Infructescnce to 450mm long with glabrous dull yellow drupes 30mm x 33mm x 25mm covered with dense mat of fibres.
Medicinal uses, leaves used for flavouring in cooking, fish poison
