Climbing epiphytic orchid with stems to 1m long. Coriaceous leaves to 160mm x 30mm, bilobed at apex. Axillary racemes to 180mm long, red-brown and yellow-green transversely striped flowers, scape to 120mm long, florals bracts to 17mm long, flowers to 70mm wide,dorsal sepal to 20mm x 10mm, lateral sepals to 27mm x 8mm, petals to 27mm x 7m, 3-lobed lip to 2.3mm long, claw to 2mm long, lateral lobes to 4mm long, column to 12mm.
