Tendril succulent climber to 5m with glabrous stems, bright orange above & green below. Glabrescent leaves to 70mm x 90mm with 3-5 lobes. Male flowers in many-flowered racemes, tube to 6.5mm long, lobes to 1.5mm long, yellow [etals to 2mm long. Female flowers co-axillary with males in clusters of 2-5 flowers, tube to 3.5mm, lobes to 2mm, petals to 2.5mm. Bright scarlet fruit to 23mm x 10.5mm.
