Tendril liana with striate puberulous branchlets. 2-foliolate leaves with trifid tendrils, leaflets to 160mm x 115mm, villous beneath. Axillary panicles of deep yellow flowers with calyx 6mm x 8mm with 5 teeth 3mm long, yellow corolla to 20mm long with tube 40mm long & lobes 10mm long. Fruits brown when mature 150mm x 60mm
