Twining slender hispid scabrous herbaceous climber or trailer, branches with stiff hairs. Trifoliolate leaves glabrous or glabrate both surfaces, leaflets to 50mm long. Few-flowered axillary pseudo-racemes to 260mm long of 20mm long pale mauve or pink & white flowers, calyx to 4mm long, standard, wings & keel to 8mm long, keel spirally twisted. Puberulent mucronate fruit to 100mm long x 5mm.
