Liana or scandent shrub with hooked branches. Leaves to 495mm x 110mm. Terminal or lateral lax panicles to 150mm x 250mm with bracts to 3mm long,small greenish flowers with 5 sepals to 6.5mm x 3.5mm, 5 white petals to 7mm x 4.5mm. Fruits a nut 5mm x 5mm with 5 wings or ridges & persistent sepals.
