Woody liana to 12m with hooked branches. Glabrous leaves to 291mm x 98mm. Pendant terminal panicles to 60mm x 160mm with bracts to 1.5mm long & many yellow flowers, 5 sepals to 5mm x 3mm, 5 golden yellow petals to 3mm x 3mm. Fruita nut to 5mm x 8mm with persistent sepals & longitudinally 5 ridged.
