Woody vine or shrub to 3m with pubescent stems. Mucronate leaves to 90mm x 57mm, glabrous above. Terminal or axillary racemes to 50mm long with bracts & bracteoles 1.5mm long, 1 to few flowers, creamy-white flowers, yellow in throat, calyx to 10mm x 10mm, white corolla to 70mm x 25mm & lobs to 60mm diameter. Tomentose capsule to 85mm x 30mm, maturing purplish.
