Wood glabrous herbaceous tendril liana to 10m with simple tendrils. 3-5 foliolate glabrous leaves, pubescent on nerves. Leaf-opposed 2-3 flowered polychasium to 20mm, white petals to 2.2mm. Fruit a violet berry dotted darker to 10mm diameter.
