Tendril liana with glabrescent stems. Leaves with 3-5 dentate-serrate leaflets to 150mm x 50mm, glabrate above & ferrugineo-tomentose beneath. Terminal cymes to 100mm of flowers of 2.5mm long purple-red flowers, calyx with lanate lobes. 12mm x 7mm blackish glabrous berries.
