Trailing or climbing herbaceous climber with young shoots reddish-brown silky tomentose. 3-5 lobed leaves 150mm x 150mm glabrous above white-pubescent beneath. Lateral cymes of purplish red flowers to 1mm long, 5-lobed calyx 2mm across, 5 deep red petals. Fruit to 12mm diameter.
