Woody hairy tendril liana with bifid tendrils, ridged branchlets. Trifoliolate leaves, terminal leaflets to 60 x 30m, lateral leaflets to 30mm. Leaf-opposed dichasiums of flowers with glabrous 1.8mm petals. Fruit a berry to 8mm diameter
