Woody liana with glabrate stems. Leaves to 110mm x 67mm, glabrate above & velvety beneath. Flowers in axillary or terminal pseudoracemes to 180mm long of 10-40 flowers, with velvety bracts to 7mm x 2.5mm & bracteoles smaller, yellow flowers to 7.5mm long, sepals to 2mm x 1.5mm, yellow petals, lateral petals with claw 2mm long, limb to 8mm x 6mm, posterior petal with claw to 2.5mm long & limb to 7.5mm x 5mm. Samaras 35mm wide with lateral wings to 30mm x 18mm & dorsal wings to 6mm x 2mm
