Glabrous woody liane or tree with puberulent angled lenticellate, sometime glabrescent stems. Coriaceous leaves 150mm x 57mm in whorls of 3-4. Axillaryor rarely terminal cymes with bracts to 1.9mm x 1mm of 4-7 white to cream flowers with bracteoles, sepals to 1.4mm x 1mm, white corolla, tube to 10mm long, lobes to 4.5mm x 2.2mm. Drupe to 16mm long x 10mm.
