Liana or shrub to 2m with striate hirsute stems. Serrate pilose leaves to 75mm x 20mm. Lax corymbs with flower heads to 10mm x 10mm, 10-12 ray flowers with white corolla 12mm long & tube 3mm long, limb 9mm x 4mm. Ray achenes to 2.3mm long. 30-45 disc flowers with greenish-yellow corolla 6mm long, tube 2mm long & lobes to 0.9mm x 0.7mm. Disc achenes to 2.3mm long with pappus to 4.5mm long.
