Sprawling shrub or liana to 15m with lenticellate branches. Glabrous leaves to 65mm x 30mm. Terminal few-flowered inflorescence to 25mm long, fragrant white flowers with reddish stripes, sepals to 2.6mm x 1mm, corolla tube to 9.5mm long, lobes to 9.3mm x 3.3mm. Red-brown fruits to 400mm x 5mm dark grey.
