Climber with hispid stems becoming glabrate. Coriaceous mostly glabrous leaves to 63mm x 20mm with serrulate crenulate margins. Terminal corymbs to 130mm diameter with bracteoles to 6mm long. 4-flowered heads to 8mm x 2.5mm. Pink glabrous corolla with tube to 1.3mm & lobes to 3mm. Achenes to 2.6mm long with yellow-white pappus to 4.5mm.
