Robust glabrous erect or climbing woody shrub with lenticellate hairy young shoots. Leaves with 5-7 glabrous leaflets. terminal lealet to 175mm x 95mm. Lateral, axillary or terminal clusters or panicles to 300mm longm with bracts to 1.3mm x 1mm.White or yellow flowers with bracts to 1.5mm x 0.8mm & bracteoles 0.8mm x 0.7mm, greenish calyx to 6.5mm with lobes to 0.7mm x 5.5mm, whitish or pale greenish corolla, claw to 3.5mm long, green standard 25mm diameter, wings to 11mm x 3.6mm, keel to 10.2mm x 5mm. Glabrescent pod to 270mm x 38mm with wing to 4mm wide.
Young leaves eaten as a vegetable, used as cattle fodder
