Epiphytic climber with hairy rooting, sometimes twining, stems. Hairy leaves to 150mm x 80mm with serrate margins. 3-15 flowered cymes with bracts to 10mm x 5mm, calyx tube to 5mm long with 5 lobes to 5.2mm x 2.5mm, carmine red corolla to 40mm long with tube to 30mm long & lobes to 11mm x 10.5mm. Glabrous capsule to 240mm x 2mm.
