Hemi-epiphytic perennial climbing herb with glabrescent rooting stems. leaves to 470mm x 90mm with serrate margins.About 20 flowered axillary cymes with bracts to 50mm x 18mm, calyx to 1mm long with 5 lobes to 15.5mm x 3.5mm, bright red corolla to 44mm long with tube to 37mm long & lobes to 7mm x 4.2mm.
