Sometimes scandent epiphytic subshrub or vine with glabrescent rooting stems. Toothed pubescent leaves to 150mm x 90mm. Axillary hirsute paired flowers or subfascicles with bracts to 33mm x 7mm, red calyx with tube 0.5mm long, 5 lobes to 19mm x 4mm, red or pink corolla to 40mm long with tube to 34mm & lobes to 10mm x 6mm. Capsule to 190mm long.
