Climbing epiphyte becoming pendulous, stems to 1.5m. Coriaceous glabrous leaves to 50mm x 27mm. Axillary or pseudo-terminal 2-4 flowered inflorescence with white hairy bracts to 3m & white hairy bracteoles to 6mm, greenish-white flushed reddish calyx to 8mm long, scarlet corollacream in throat & tube, to 57mm long with lobes to 9mm x 9mm. Capsule to 290mm x 5mm.
