Liana, scandent shrub to 3m or tree, branches becoming dusky grey. Leaves to 190mm x 85mm. Axillary & terminal panicles to 170mm x 100mm with bracts to 20mm long & bractlets to 5mm long. 7mm pale yellow or whitish flowers, calyx to 3.3mm x 3.6mm, white to yellow corolla with tube to 5.3mm long & lobes 4mm x 2mm. 13mm long yellow-orange fruit, plant has unpleasant smell.
