Large twining liana to 30m or tree. Leaves to 140mm x 80mm. Axillary cymes to 80mm long with bracts to 20mm long, 15mm white or cream flowers strongly fragrant, yellowish-green calyx to 9mm x 7mm with 4 lobes, corolla to 28mm long with tube to 3.5mm widening to 8mm. Dark green to brown fruit to 35mm x 30mm turning yellow, fruiting calyx to 25mm x 40mm
