Shrub or woody liana to 4m with tetragonal branches. Leaves to 180mm x 60mm. Corymbs or many-flowered cymes with bracts, scented pale yellow or white flowers, green calyx to 6mm with teeth, greenish-yellow corolla. Orange or yellow berry to 15mm x 10mm with persistent calyx.
