Vine, tree or shrub with glabrescent branchlets. Puberulent leaves to 180mm x 75mm with unpleasant odour. Axillary cymes & terminal panicles with bractlets to 12mm long. Cream flowers 6mm long, pale green calyx to 4mm long, white, yellow or light green glabrous corolla with tube to 6mm long & 4 lobes to 6mm long. 15mm lobed golden-orange fruit ripening red with fruiting calyx 6mm x 9mm.
