Liana, shrub or tree to 10m, hairy when young. Glabrous papery leaves to 150mm x 70mm with toothed margins or hairy on veins beneath. Terminal & axillary cymes or panicles to 180mm long, of cream to dull yellow flowers to 10mm long, 4 lobed puberulent green calyx to 4mm long, yellow corolla tube to 8mm long & 4 lobes 6mm long. Yellow or orange fruit to 15mm x 8mm with persistent calyx.
