Liana with glabrous lenticellate branches. Trifoliolate leaves to 100mm x 55mm, tendrils. Few-flowered dichasia with bracts & bracteoles of yellow flowers with calyx to 18mm x 10mm,violet & white corolla to 15mm long, lobes to 40mm diameter. Green fruit like large cucmber to 200mm x 30mm.
