Liana with puberulous branchlets, 2-3 foliolate leaves terminating in simple tendril, leaflets to 170mm x 45mm glabrous both surfaces. Axillary or terminal pubnerulous racemes with bracts to 15mm long & bracteoles to 5mm long, 60mm yellow flowers, 5-dentate puberulous calyx to 12mm x 10mm, yellow corolla with tube to 65mm long x 20mm across at mouth, lobes to 10mm long, corolla tube puberulous outside & on lobes inside. Puberulous brown fruits to 170mm x 45mm with scattered warty projections
