Liana with puberulous branchlets becoming glabrescent. 2-3 foliolate leaves with simple tendril, leaflets to 210mm x 85mm, glabrous above & puberulous beneath. Terminal puberulous racemes with bracts to 2mm long & triangular puberulous bracteoles, 70mm yellow flowers, 5-toothed puberulous calyx to 6mm x 5mm, yellow to greenish-cream corolla to 30mm long, tuber 60mm long with lobes to 10mm long puberulus outside.
