Tendril liana with lenticillate branchlets. Bifoliolate leaves to 170mm x 77mm glabrous above, lepidote beneath. Simple tendrils. Axillary racemes to 142.7mm long of 5-8 pairs of flowers with bracts & bracteoles to 5mm x 2mm. Green tubular 5-toothed calyx to 11mm x 8mm tomentose outside. Yellow corolla with 5 mucronulate lobes, glabrous tube to 54mm x 19mm, tomentose towards apex outside, lobes 17mm x 17mm. 4-winged capsule to 217mm x 49mm, wings 17mm x 13mm each.
