Tendril liana with glabrescent lenticellate branchlets. Glabrescent leaves to 179mm x 94mm, terminal leaflet to 151mm x 91mm, tendrils on leaf petioles. Lateral few-flowered racemes. flowers with 2 puberulous bracts to 1.7mm x 1.2mm & bracteoles to 2.5mm x 1.6mm, puberulous flowers, calyx 10mm x 9mm, dark yellow corolla with greenish & dark brown glands at base of lobes & mouth of tube, puberulous lobes to 15mm x 13mm, tube to 61mm x 20mm at mouth. Winged glabrous fruit drying brown to 157mm x 62mm including a pair of wings to 16mm x 4.5mm thick.
