Glabrous liana to 5m. Simple to 5 lobed leaves to 170mm x 160mm. Inflorescence to 50mm long, 1-10 flowers in hermaphrodite & female with tendril to 100mm long, bracts & bracteole to 2mm. Male flowers to 22mm including 5mm stipe, calyx tube to 10mm x 5mm with lobes to 6mm long, white petals top 5mm long. Hermaphrodite flowers to 30mm long including 10mm stipe, calyx tube to 13mm x 8mm with lobes to 8mm, petals to 1.5mm long. Female flowers to 15mm x 5mm including 2.5mm stipe, calyx tube to 5mm x 5mm & lobes to 6mm, petals to 3mm x 0.5mm. Coriaceous green fruit to 50mm x 50mm.
