Liana to 10m. Glabrous coriaceous entire leaves to 55mm x 35mm. Inflorescence 1-3 flowered in female with tendrils to 60mm, red petioles with tendril at base, bracts & bracteoles to 0.5mm. Flowers with green or yellowish tepals & orange anthers. Greenish white coriaceous fruit to 25mm x 20mm.
