Deciduous climbing shrub with tomentose floral branchlets. Glabrous leaves to 85mm x 55mm with serrulate margins. 25mm reddish flowers, male inflorescence a 1-3 flowered cyme with bracts to 2mm, 5 sepals to 7mm, 6 petals to 14mm.
