Deciduous climbing shrub with lanate branchlets. Leaves to 110mm x 85mm, tomentose beneath & strigillose on veins above. 1 to 3 flowered tomentose cymes with bracts to 4.5mm, of pink flowers to 5mm diameter, tomentose sepals to 4mm, 5 petals to 3.5mm. Glabrescent lenticellate fruit.
