Herbaceous high-climbing perennial twiner with 3-5 parted serrate leaves. Axillary few-flowered racemese of 4-5 22 -40mm pale blue-purple, yellow-green or white flowers, 2-lobed petals to 10mm long. Follicles to 15mm.
