Unarmed twining shrub with mucronulate leaves to 150mm x 27mm. Terminal or axillary flower spikes to 150mm long with bracts to 6mm long. Terminal spikes of white flowers slightly tinged yellow or red, 4-parted calyx, 3-lobed corolla 25mm long. Fruit a flattened capsule.
