Large woody tendril vine with pilose stems. Coriaceous pilose leaves to 160mm x 140mm. Pistillate flowers in dense many-flowered axillary spikes to 50mm long, sepals to 3mm long, tomentose outside & glabrous within. Tomentose carpels. Yellow hairy drupe to 22.5mm x 12mm.
