Wiry glabrous herb, shrub or liana to 6m with hairy or glabrous stems, paripinnate leaves to 5-15 pairs, mucronate leaflets to 32mm long glabrous above hairy beneath. Axillary racemes or panicles to 100mm of 12mm pink, pale blue or purple flowers, bell-shaped calyx to 2mm villous outside. Yellow finely villous legume 50mm x 15mm with dense white hairs
